1. Processing & Shipping Times
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next business day.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take an additional 1-2 days.
Shipping Time
Once your order is processed, shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options:
Standard Ground Shipping (via USPS): Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.
Expedited Ground Shipping (via UPS): Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors like carrier delays, customs processing, and unforeseen circumstances.
2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $400.
Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.
3. International Shipping
We do not ship international, only in the US and it’s territories. Please go to thestreetscent.com for international orders.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order using the provided link or by visiting the respective carriers’s website.
If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@thesugarhill.co.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If you experience an issue with your shipment, we’re here to help!
Lost Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received your package, check with neighbors or your local carrier. If still missing, contact us within 5 days of the delivery date.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email info@thesugarhill.co within 24 hours with photos of the damage. We will assist with a replacement or refund.
Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for stolen packages but will do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier.
6. Shipping Address & Order Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us at info@thesugarhill.co within 4 hours of purchase.
Address changes cannot be made once an order is processed or shipped.
7. Returns Due to Undeliverable Address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, missing details, or refusal to accept the package, we can:
✅ Reship the order (customer covers additional shipping fees).
✅ Issue a refund (minus shipping costs).
8. Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
Expect delays during peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.).
To ensure on time delivery, we recommend placing holiday orders at least 2 weeks in advance or select expedited shipping.
